Questions

What people ask us

Do I need a referral?

No. You can call us directly at (206) 468-6359 or request an appointment online. If someone is referring you — a doctor, a court, a case manager — we’re glad to coordinate with them too.

What insurance do you accept?

We’re in-network with Community Health Plan of Washington and Coordinated Care, and more plans are on the way. If your plan isn’t listed, call us — we’ll give you a straight answer about your coverage before your first appointment.

What happens at my first appointment?

You’ll meet with a clinician for an assessment — a conversation about what’s going on and what you need. Together you’ll build a treatment plan that fits your life and schedule. Nothing happens without your agreement.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. State and federal privacy laws protect your treatment information. We don’t share it without your written permission, except where the law requires it — and we’ll explain those limits to you up front.

Do you prescribe medication?

Medication questions are reviewed with our clinical team during your assessment. Call (206) 468-6359 and we’ll tell you what’s available for your situation.

What if I need help after hours?

We’re open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and we’re not a crisis service. If you need help right now, call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and confidential, 24/7. If you’re in immediate danger, call 911.
