How we work
Integrated co-occurring care. If you’re dealing with both mental health and substance use concerns, you won’t be sent to two different places. One team treats both, together.
Evidence-based treatment. We use approaches supported by research — and we’ll explain them in plain language, so you always know what we’re doing and why.
Trauma-informed care. We understand that difficult experiences shape how people seek help. Our care is built to be safe, steady, and respectful of your pace.
Family involvement. With your permission, the people who support you can be part of the process. Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum.

You’ll work with a dedicated clinician — a therapist or counselor experienced in mental health and substance use treatment — who gets to know you and stays with you. No handoffs, no starting over with someone new each visit.
