Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Outpatient treatment for adults with a substance use disorder — including care for people also managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder. You keep living at home and come in on a schedule built around your week.

If you’ve been in treatment before, that’s expected — and it isn’t a strike against you.

Who it’s for

This might be for you if…

You don’t need to label what’s happening. People reach out to us for reasons like these:

  • Drinking or using more than you intend to
  • Using to get through the day
  • Missing work or family time because of use
  • Trying to cut back on your own — more than once
  • Worrying about what use is costing you
  • A court, an employer, or someone you love asked you to get help

What treatment can include

What working with us looks like

Every treatment plan is individualized — yours may include any of the following:

Comprehensive assessment

An honest, judgment-free first conversation about your use, your health, and what you want to change.

Individual counseling

One-on-one sessions with your counselor, focused on your goals — not anyone else’s.

Group therapy

Small groups with people who understand. Practical, respectful, and confidential.

Return-to-use prevention

A realistic plan for high-risk moments — built with you, for your actual life.

Co-occurring mental health care

Care for depression, anxiety, trauma, or other concerns alongside substance use — one team, one plan.

Care coordination

With your permission, we coordinate with courts, employers, or other providers on your behalf.

Questions

Substance use treatment FAQ

Do I have to stop using before I start?

No. You don’t need to be abstinent to call us or to begin. Come as you are — we’ll meet you there and build from it.

Will anyone find out I’m in treatment?

Treatment records are protected by strict federal confidentiality laws — including extra protections for substance use treatment. We don’t tell your employer, your family, or anyone else without your written permission, except where the law requires it.

What if I’ve been in treatment before?

That’s normal, and it isn’t held against you. Many of the people we work with have tried before. We’ll look at what helped, what didn’t, and build a plan that fits better this time.

Do you work with courts or probation?

Yes. With your signed consent, we can provide attendance and compliance reporting for court-involved clients, and coordinate with probation officers and case managers.

What if I need help after hours?

We’re open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. For 24/7 support, call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and confidential. In immediate danger, call 911.
